Don’t give unrealistic timelines and unexpected deliverables,” he adds. This is why Atlas is very transparent about everything it does to the nurses, like for example, the company is getting a $100 from a client, then the nurses get 90% of it. This transparency is presented to the clients and hospitals as well.
