An employee engagement platform is essential for success in today’s world of doing more with less. Engaged employees are more productive, more satisfied in their role, and less likely to leave a company. But companies need to recognize and reward the employees as per their performance.
Achievers is one such company that believes in recognizing and rewarding employees based upon their engagement, commitment, and performance. It provides a total solution for employee voice and recognition.
Helping companies gain confidence in their growth and development
Companies can outperform the market by building a culture of recognition and activating their culture into real performance. In a volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous world, a strong culture increases a company’s chance of absorbing change, retaining and inspiring talent, and outperforming competitors.
Recognition is at the core of activating culture. When organizations recognize everyday behaviors that align with their values, they can drive lasting business success. Achievers closes the gap between the promise of values and living those values through powerful employee voice and recognition technology. Achievers’ technology delivers results because it is enhanced by customer teams staffed with experts in employee voice and recognition programs.
From powerful methods of communication, such as sharing announcements to all workers, to building strong internal relationships through peer-to-peer recognition, to getting strategic direction and feedback directly from employees and more, Achievers empowers its customers to grow and develop every day.
Employee Experience Platform
Saving money by aggregating spend and consolidating all of your recognition and rewards programs in one place allows organizations to maintain legacy programs and incorporate them into a holistic engagement strategy. Data shows that recognition is the No. 1 driver of employee engagement. Organizations that give frequent recognition are 41 percent more likely to see increased employee retention. Organizations with highly-aligned cultures and innovation strategies have 30 percent higher enterprise value growth and 17 percent higher profit growth that organizations with low degrees of alignment.
Achievers’ engagement methodology combines decades of academic research with the latest data science to ensure you deploy a feedback program that doesn't just measure engagement but improves it. Intuitive dashboards provide every leader in your organization- from HR and senior executives to line managers and more - with actionable data as soon as a survey opens. Creating a culture of action gives managers a blueprint for turning insight into action that’s specificto the dynamics of their team. Using transparent and shareable goals, managers can collaborate with their team to act on feedback and make it a regular part of how they operate.
“Achievers Recognize” is a digital recognition and rewards platform that uses data science to drive employee engagement and accelerate business results at all levels. It allows organizations to save money by aggregating spend and consolidating all of your recognition and rewards programs into one place, improve employee engagement and performance through frequent and meaningful recognition, and build a culture that nurtures positive behaviors. Also, the platform helps organizations reach, recognize, and reward in-office, remote, and field employees, as well as creating brand advocacy among their workforce.
“Achievers Listen” is the voice of the employee software solution that takes world-leading HR science and makes it available to every organization. It encourages ongoing employee conversations and makes them quantifiable and actionable so leaders can increase employee engagement, not simply measure it. By improving engagement, Listen drives greater business outcomes related to the employee experience, such as productivity and retention. Leading brands like Kellogg, Panasonic, and Super Retail Group have leveraged Listen to make employee engagement central to their business strategy.
