Please give us your business overview and its mission and vision.

As a Certified Veteran Enterprise (CVE) Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), COREONYX continues to serve our country in support of our Federal, State & Local, DoD, and IC clients. As a rule of thumb, we run like a mature business, not a startup. The most obvious thing we do is ambitious goal setting that is aligned to our vision. This is one of the most important activities regardless of what size business you run. Goals help us stay focused, assists in growth, and prevents stagnation. Our vision keeps COREONYX moving forward and sets the stage for continued growth and ongoing success. The COREONYX team is on a mission to provide the most effective outcome in complex integration and modernization efforts.

Why do you think organizations should document value-added business cases first and then focus on organizational change management?

The main reason is to avoid deploying technology just for technology's sake. Too many companies and customers alike are all too eager to deploy the latest and greatest technologies as a "solution" and, as a result, pocket a few quick dollars and deliver some new tools. However, if it doesn't have a meaningful and measurable impact such as cost, risk reduction, reliability, or some other key business metric, it is unlikely to be a great long-term investment. How does Analytics & Information Management help customers' drive decisions needed in a rapid-paced environment?

A more than 30-year veteran of the Information Technology (IT) community, Mincey has been responsible for the creation, capture, delivery, and management of a spectrum of successful IT and mission solutions. Known for

his advocacy of both government and industry, Mincey has delivered a track record of success in creating, supporting, and delivering more than 3 billion dollars of opportunities.
