Esposito Intellectual Enterprises – An ecosystem for entities to enhance each other's businesses

Millions of businesses scramble the economy every day, hoping to penetrate the market. Many stable and big players company are switching from "People to People strategy" to "Business to Business ecommerce method" to increase market span and guarantee an increase in sales. Esposito Intellectual Enterprises is an ecosystem of several businesses that first started 20 years ago, packing beauty supplies to professional and retail consumers. It has now grown into a holding company with operations in media, liquor, music, apparel, sea exploration, aviation, space, cryptocurrency, hemp, oil & gas, mining, tv & film, and technology. We interviewed Brian J. Esposito, the Founder, and CEO of Esposito Intellectual Enterprises, to know more about their diverse business portfolio. Here are a few excerpts of the interview.

Why did you start this business? How did Esposito find its way towards success?

I have always had the entrepreneur spirit, ever since I was eight years old. I always looked within my world what needed to be done and how I could properly earn from it and invite others to participate with me. As my world grew, so did these opportunities. I have made every mistake you can think of, and what has led me on this current chapter of "success" is learning from those mistakes, making it a must never to make the same mistake twice, and now being able to work with startups even up to fortune 500 companies in creating value, new products, technologies, and services, and protecting that working relationship to ensure it's on a successful path is extremely rewarding to me.

What services were you providing initially, and what have you expanded?

My first company was in the beauty industry. In the late 90's I built the first b2b and b2c ecommerce platform for retail consumers and professionals to come to me and shop our incredible selection of brands. Since then, I have built what is now a holding company wholly owned by me at the top level that is industry agnostic or 1 degree from any market or industry that I may want to do business in or operate in.

Over the last 20 years, I have accumulated over 65 entities and over 150 joint ventures that are held inside Esposito Intellectual Enterprises. We continue to grow and expand daily. Some of the industries I operate in are: manufacturing, distribution, retail, hospitality & hotel development, restaurants, commercial real estate, technology, crypto, blockchain, eSports, gaming, professional sports, media, energy, oil & gas, aviation, space, maritime, esports, music, TV & Film, education, beauty, medical technology, security, hemp, fashion, and much more.

How has it been for you working with HYPE Sports Innovation? Share the experience with us.

Thanks to my hard work and dedication, companies and organizations from around the globe are always reaching out to me for my assistance or access to my world. One of which is HYPE Sports Innovation, Impacting people's lives through the power of sports and innovation. HYPE Sports Innovation presently has over 40k members in their ecosystem, 700+ investors, 2,900 SportsTech Brands, 1,450 Clubs & Leagues, 11,000+ Startups, and raised over 181m USD by these Startups.

It has been incredibly rewarding to take my resources, experiences, partners, relationships, assets, and strategies to be able to assist HYPE's ecosystem and directly their startups to create value and help ensure success and survival. My goal is to support HYPE's vision and make this one of the most successful accelerators and ecosystems in the world.

How and when did you build a relationship with Centro Fox? How is Esposito's bond with them?

I was honored to meet Mr. and Mrs. President Fox in 2012 and immediately became influenced by their passion, energy, and focuses within Centro Fox. Since then, I have stayed very close with Centro Fox and CannaMexico leadership and always introduced new opportunities and relationships to support their initiatives. I expect this to be a lifelong relationship and hope always to add value to these wonderful organizations and the incredible people involved.

How has the alliance with Centro Fox helped in Esposito's growth?

This relationship was never for the growth and exposure of Esposito Intellectual Enterprises. This was and always will be to show my dedication and support to this wonderful family, the people involved, and the important work they are doing for Latin Americans worldwide. I expect the work we do together to go on for generations. One of my favorite and most simple philosophies in working with partners is, doing great work with great people. When you take egos, pride, jealousies, and emotions out of the equation, there is so much that can be accomplished, and that is one of the many reasons I love to work with Centro Fox.

Esposito Intellectual Enterprises, as mentioned earlier, is an industry agnostic holding company with over 65 entities and over 150 joint ventures from around the world within it. We are growing daily, and the entire model has been developed to create value within the holdings by working together as a machine, but also easily be able to drop any new entity, product, solution, technology into the ecosystem to create real tangible assets, new revenues, and create opportunities that the market is demanding.
