Business Process Analysis: Analyzing your organization’s processes is the core of each planning project. Understanding how your staff does its work and the data you need to collect ensure the company translates your needs into the best system design. This has been a long-accepted technique for building successful enterprise software, but often developers building for nonprofits take shortcuts in understanding the unique aspects of these organizations as a whole, not to mention individual variations. Its consultants are experts in business process analysis and apply it in planning engagements and phases to make sure your solution is as unique as your organization.
Whole Organization Strategy: As your organization and its programs grow, you’ll want to manage more organizational processes with efficient and effective systems. A whole organization strategy brings all of your data into one system so you can understand performance in all facets, including across all your departments (programs, finance, human resources, development, etc.). You also want to see the interplay of these areas so that your staff can work cohesively. Each strategy they develop takes into account this whole organization mindset and recommends systems structures for your entire nonprofit.
Custom Implementations: Exponent Partners offers services for all sizes and types of custom solutions from small program tracking implementations to large enterprise-scale systems. Its team includes all the skills you need for complete Salesforce customization, including business analysts, consultants, software developers, quality assurance resources, and data migration specialists.
