Simon Data is on a mission to fully integrate three foundational aspects of building customer relationships – listening, thinking, and speaking. He has a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science from Cornell University and a Ph.D. in Machine Learning, Data Mining, and Statistics from The University of Texas at Austin.
