Q. How do you define the company, and what are its motives for getting a strong position in the market?

We work primarily with a referral-based clientele and have built our business on relationships, not outbound selling. Q. What is your innovative approach to balancing agency-client relationships?

At VividFront, we take a refreshing approach to how we manage our agency-client relationships. We don’t just classify strategy, design, development, and marketing as projects that need to get done, but the services we offer help us to effectively grow our clients’ businesses. Our team seeks to meet people and their businesses where they are. We work to sit on the same side of the table as clients so that we can see things from their perspective and provide them with smart business solutions. With that in mind, we approach our relationships as partnerships, not transactions. We spend our clients’ money as if it were our own and place their business above our own.

Q. How does VividFront spot opportunities to disrupt the market?

VividFront is focused on helping clients grow their business with sustainable strategies that account for emerging technologies, emerging markets, and the predicted future state of a client’s industry, market, or customers. With an entrepreneurial culture, our team has been taught to think about what will happen in the future and to try and plan for the possibilities that the future may hold. This stance has helped us to grow our clients’ businesses faster than their competitors. This, when looked at through hindsight, often appears disruptive. We just think of it as future-proofing our strategies for design, technology, and marketing.

Q. Tell us about your capability of turning good strategies into a triumphant business.

We strive to first develop specific acumen in a client’s business. We want to understand what makes a client money and which products or services are best to promote. We also want to understand lifetime value, retention, and loyalty factors that might help us better understand the revenue cycles of a new customer versus a repeat customer. We ask a lot of questions about margin and customer acquisition cost (CAC) so that we can guide our growth strategies from our client’s perspective. We believe that CAC is an important metric for determining the resources that are needed to attract new customers. Our goal is to sit on the same side of the table and be able to build a strategy that truly serves our clients.

Q. Brief us on how you uphold the entrepreneurial spirit.

We work very hard to have a culture made of people with an entrepreneurial spirit. Many of our team members have started companies, been self-employed, or worked at startups before. This ensures we ourselves understand the forces at play when running and growing a business. At VividFront, we seek acumen for each client and industry. We evaluate the number and power of a company’s competitive rivals, potential new market entrants, suppliers, customers, and substitute products. We try to use clients’ resources as if they were our own. We are serial problem solvers and are comfortable with failure on our journeys to success.
