Zillion Empowers Companies and People to Make Better Health Choices

Established in 2014, Zillion started as a telehealth company to improve people’s wellbeing by emphasizing their individual lifestyle choices, with support from relevant digital and human interaction. Rather than offering limited content for broad health solutions, Zillion, through its technology, focuses on care, coaching, and health recommendations that precisely address individuals' conditions, goals, and lifestyles. Modifying human choices with relevant personal interactions creates sustained, long-lasting change required for positive health outcomes. Positive health outcomes can be achieved through the company's platform, Zillion SaaS for a company looking to bring their programs to life, or its own proprietary wellbeing programs, RestoreHealth or RestoreResilience.

Zillion is a health technology company with products that blend people, content and innovative technology to deliver impactful programs targeting many of the most pervasive chronic health conditions affecting the global population.

The company understands the importance of customized guidance and real human connections. Zillion's easy-to-use platform enables streamlined, cost-effective, and personalized engagement that results in better outcomes – for the employees or businesses.

RestoreHealth

While Metabolic Syndrome and healthcare costs continue to rise, traditional wellness programs are only addressing the symptoms, and not the root causes. You need a proactive solution that tackles these issues’ root causes to help your employees get healthier. Preventing MetS means decreasing the risk of heart attack, stroke, diabetes, and cancers - all directly related to real cost savings.

RestoreHealth stratifies an employee population and addresses insulin resistance – the root cause of MetS. Zillion's best-in-class technology anticipates an individuals’ needs and alerts the health coaches. The personal coach reaches out to a member via the mobile app through texting, calls, and messages to provide support and guidance because real relationships are a priceless, significant commodity. RestoreHealth is successful because it combines relevant content with innovative technology and live coaches.

RestoreResilience

50% of all employees struggle with depression and anxiety. Behavioral health plays a key role in their whole health and productivity. So, they need a personalized solution. Resilience is what helps us bounce back from something stressful or challenging in our lives. Adapting and responding positively is what helps members thrive instead of just survive. With RestoreResilience, employees have an app and a live coach guiding them. It’s never been easier for the employees to prioritize their whole health.

RestoreResilience individualizes the program to address the needs of each member at any time on their journey. Live, coaching relationships paired with smart technology enable this level of deep personalization and connection. 82% of all enrolled members are engaged in the program and 90% of members reported maintaining or reducing their stress level. Additionally, 86% of members found completed relaxation and stress lessons helpful with RestoreResilience.

Return to the Workplace Toolkit

As businesses prepare to reopen, they need to be ready to deal with the stress and anxiety employees face returning to the workplace. There is an urgent responsibility for HR to learn how to best support their employees’ new struggles so they can return to work and continue to be efficient and effective. With the Return to the Workplace Toolkit, forward-thinking businesses have available to them a comprehensive package to help employees where they need it most.

"After adapting to what was a difficult and sudden shift in their daily lives, it's understandable that employees are finding difficulty in the thought of once again adjusting to yet another change. We're proud to provide employers with a solution that will enable them to support the mental, emotional, behavioral, and financial wellbeing of their employees during this difficult time. Through our partnership with MindWise Innovations and BrightDime, the Return to the Workplace Toolkit will provide employees with ongoing resources that will help them make their mental health a priority," said Zillion President and CEO, Cheryl Morrison Deutsch

In July this year, Zillion announced the launch of the RestoreResilience Return to the Workplace Toolkit. It is a toolkit that proactively assists businesses and their employees as they transition back to in-person workspaces. The toolkit provides resources to maintain mental, emotional, financial, and behavioral wellbeing of employees.
