Ruder Finn has expanded its footprint in the Middle East with the acquisition of Atteline in the United Arab Emirates. The agency's regional center will be Atteline.
Ruder Finn's first Middle Eastern acquisition is Atteline, situated in Dubai. The agreement is a part of the agency's bigger effort to increase its global presence and will add a 30-person team to Ruder Finn's regional operation.
Along with Atul Sharma, CEO of Ruder Finn India and the Middle East, and global CEO Kathy Bloomgarden, Atteline's managing director and founder, Sophie Simpson, will continue to guide the business. In 2016, Simpson introduced Atteline. In an effort to satisfy the rising need for PR and marketing services in the area, Ruder Finn is establishing a presence in Dubai, according to the firm.
According to Bloomgarden, Ruder Finn celebrated its 75th anniversary in 2023 and saw impressive double-digit growth. Further adding that they are dedicated to extending their knowledge and skills on a worldwide scale, and this is an excellent moment to do so as the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) continue to predict robust growth in all areas of the economy. The area is becoming more and more recognized as a vibrant center for businesses worldwide.
According to the company, they are thrilled to have Atteline and Sophie join their leadership team as powerful allies in meeting the demands of their international clientele.
Ruder Finn has recently completed a slew of international acquisitions, this one being the most recent.
